Kyokushin is Japanese for “The Ultimate Truth” and is rooted in a philosophy of self-improvement, discipline and HARD training. It’s full contact style has had international appeal. It’s emphasis on realistic combat, physical and spiritual toughness and straight forward practical training methods have been adopted by many different styles and organizations. Many Kyokushin Black Belts have reached international fame in the UFC, K-1 Kick boxing, Pride Fighting Championships and many other international circuits.
